Starved Rock State Park is a very beautiful park in Illinois located on the Illinois River.

They also have 13 miles of trails to hike and walk along.

You’ll probably spot an owl or a bald eagle along the trails.

You can take a guided walk and view the spectacular waterfalls and canyons.

The Illinois River runs through the park. You can boat, fish and ice fish also in the winter.

If you want to stay overnight the Starved Rock Lodge will keep you comfortable.

The Lodge is located on a bluff overlooking the Visitor Center, and the Illinois River.
